For the M140i F20 F21 and the M240i F22 F23, MST Performance have manufactured an Performance Air Flow Intake Kit.
This is also compatible with the F30 340i & F32 440i 2016-2018.
We are big fans of this Kit for the F20 M140i and F22 M240i models because it has lots of great features. It looks great inside your engine bay with a nice plastic cover with an MST logo on the top. Installation is fairly simple, it makes a great difference and can be seen as a fairly reasonable price. Lastly it is produced by MST who are leaders in the aftermarket Air Intake sector.
Want to know exactly what an Air Intake kit does? This Air Intake kit sends more air which increases the flow and induction sound when compared to the standard box.
It also has other great features such as:

As with all products, we would always recommend professional installation, especially on certain Air Flow Intakes. That being said, MST have produced this part to make at home install simple; we can supply an installation manual (if MST have this available).
